Shipping
Turn On Your Mobile deliver via Royal Mail special delivery or courier services and this cost is included in the price. This is not the case for international deliveries however and a extra postage charge will be asked for after the transaction depending on the amount of phones purchased. This service is usually a next day service, however delivery to Northern Ireland, Scotland and other offshore locations may take up to 2 days longer than usual. All orders are usually dispatched within 3 WORKING days. If there are any urgent requirements for same day dispatch, please email us at INFO@TURNONYOURMOBILE.COM
If for some reason we have stock shortages that are unforseen you will be notified about the delay within 48 hours, and we will discuss moving this issue forward as per a refund or whether you do not mind waiting a bit longer for the part

Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) - £5.95 per order
Guaranteed next working day by 1pm for orders received before 6pm. *(Except Scottish Highlands)
If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address the package will be returned to your local Royal Mail depot. A card will be left with details to organise redelivery or collection of your order.
If you require this service you have to to contact us BEFORE you order the part so we can send you bespoke payment link for the extra postage.

Please note that we do not ship to Africa and if credit cards are used without a full data match (billing address, delivery address, correct 3 digit security number and valid contact number) we reserve the rights to ship the goods. This is to protect ourselves and you from internet fraud.

Returns
NON FAULTY GOODS
Refunds are given if the goods are unsuitable, unobtainable, faulty or damaged. An exchange will be offered & if a replacement is not available then if required a refund will be put back to the card which was used to purchase the item(s). You will not be repaid the postage costs however including the cost from sending it out on our side.
If for any reason you have received such an item and you feel you need to return it to us, then send to our address within 7 days (non-working days inc.) of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in an exchange or credit note only being offered instead of a refund.

FAULTY GOODS
If you receieve the part and there is a fault with it when it was originally sent out to you please email us immedeately with details of what the problem is.
So we can sort it out for you as quickly as possible this needs to be done within 7 days.
